SUMMER CAMP

Summer Camp starts the day after Junior HS graduation so incoming Freshman are eligible. This is usually around the second week in June.  Players are divided into Varsity and  teams to compete in a High School Summer League.  Our goal for Summer Camp is to bond with new players and have fun while getting an early start on player development.

WINTER CAMP

Winter Camp is our most crucial and competitive camp. Players will be evaluated the first week of camp and placed on Varsity or JV Teams. Players not qualifying for one of the 60 available spots will be cut. Practices are Monday through Thursdays with periodic Friday practices.

SPRING SEASON

Spring Semester is our official season. Players are enrolled in Lacrosse Class. Attendance is taken every practice and game. Prior to the season, prospective players and parents must sign mandatory behavior and policy forms (Download Here).

FALL CAMP

Fall Camp begins in the middle of August and is a combination of Box Lacrosse (Run by OCLC) and Field Lacrosse.  Box practices are at the Central Park Arena in RSM.  Field practices are at THHS.  Box Lacrosse is critical to building the unique skills and toughness promoted by the format in addition to being a team favorite.

This is the official website of the Trabuco Hills High School lacrosse program. The program includes a Varsity and Junior Varsity Team.  The Mustangs compete in the South Coast League in Orange County, CA.
